We primarily ship to addresses within West Malaysia.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Our standard shipping method for online orders is via Flash Express and DHL logistic.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to size limitation, we may impose maximum quantity limits per order for certain products due to shipping constraints.

4. Alternative Shipping for Large/Bulk Orders

For bulk orders or purchases involving products that exceed our standard shipping limitations, please contact us directly. We will explore and arrange alternative shipping methods that are suitable for your order, which may involve different carriers or direct transport options. These alternative shipping arrangements will be handled separately from the Website's automated shipping process.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout. For alternative shipping arrangements made directly with us, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control. We aim to process and dispatch your order promptly after payment confirmation.

7. Self-Collection

  • We offer a self-collection option from our location in Puchong, Selangor.
  • Customers wishing to self-collect must first make full payment for their order through the Website.
  • After payment, the buyer is required to collect their order within 5 days from the date the order was confirmed by our sales department, during our business hours and days for self-collection, which are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Each self-collection order must be reconfirmed with the HECO sales team for a self-collection confirmation reference, along with the expected collection date and time within our operating hours. Please do not proceed for collection without this confirmation.
  • If the order is not collected within the 5-day period, a separate additional storage fee will be charged for each day exceeding this timeframe. The rate for this storage fee will be communicated to you by our sales team.
  • If the order remains uncollected for an extended period, Heco Trading reserves the right to handle the uncollected items as we see fit, and a refund may not be guaranteed.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.
